Welcome to Enkindlehealth
Our travelling passports allowed us to explore the world and learn so much more about the places we visited, as well as ourselves. We fell in love with our first trip to Japan, which was made quite memorable with a proposal and engagement. We were able to visit Japan a handful of times after our first trip and I discovered the Japanese skincare and beauty regimens.
Their approach to skincare is disciplined and effective, and since embracing their approach into my daily skincare routine, I noticed a significant change with well-ageing, healthier and glowing skin. With such a positive experience and coming to a mature age, I wanted to share it with you.
This was the start of "Enkindlehealth - the Beauty of it all."
At the start of the-world-we-know-now, we welcomed our beautiful son. Feeling isolated in the new world of motherhood and being disconnected from family and friends, I was determined to not lose myself in the midst of finding myself as a mother.
I started with something for the grandparents and parents and realised how much I missed this creative side of me. Prior to this, I hadn’t sewn for over a decade. Thankfully sewing is like riding a bike and you never forget once you learn how.
Now, I fit this in with my motherhood schedule, mainly during his naps or downtime. If you know me, I can’t keep my arms and legs still for very long, so this has fed the cravings of work during my parental leave. With the birth of our son, EnkindlehealthCRAFTS emerged.
I have so many ideas running through my head of what to create next and I’m so excited to share with the world, keep watching this space.
