What is a Fat Quarter?
A Fat Quarter or FQ, is a quilting term for a quarter of a meter and in Australia measures approx.50 x 55cm (20 x 22inches).
What if I need more than a Fat Quarter?
Find the size you are wanting and use the list below to work out how many units to order. One unit equates to one fat quarter.
1 unit = 50cm x 55cm
2 units = 50cm x 110cm
3 units = 75cm x 110cm
4 units = 100cm x 110cm
5 units = 125cm x 110cm
6 units = 150cm x 110cm
and so on
E.g. 1m of fabric would equate to 4 units
